Baby Carrots and New Potatoes

The Baby Carrots and New Potatoes are fresh from the garden! The carrots measure about 5 inches long and are made from muslin. The tops are green homepsun strips. All have been grubbied. The potatoes are small like real new potatoes. I hand stitched the "eyes". They are also made from muslin, painted, sanded and baked for a "just dug" look. Your potatoes and carrots, six of each, will come to you on a bed of garden dirt. Oh my! Corn on the Cob!! Our grubby corn on the cob are awesome! They are primmed and ready for your basket. Each piece measures 8 inches. I made the corn from muslin and chenille and wrapped it in painted muslin. They are secured with rusty wire.

Russet Potatoes

Handmade in our workshop, these potatoes are great for displaying in a bowl or tucked in an apron of a doll! Each potato is made of muslin and stained with our own grubby stain.  Eyes are hand stitched. HomeGrown Taters

Just dug from the garden....5 lbs of grubby taters!! I made each of these taters from mulsin, handsewed each of the "eyes" and then stained and baked them. The potatoe bag is made from burlap. I stitched the words "Homegrown Taters" on a piece of aged muslin and sewed it to the bag. I stuffed the bag and placed 15 taters on top of a bed of spanish moss. The bag is tied with a piece of jute rope. The bag measures 12 inches tall and 12 inches wide. You'll want to sit these in the corner of your country kitchen....just be careful and don't grab them the next time you go to make your stew

My grubby beets are made from muslin. I grubbied them with a special sauce and used rusty wire to attach dried leaves. Your beets will come to you looking as if they were just picked from the garden! You will recieve three beets tied with aged cheescloth. I will also attach a grubby tag. The beets and leaves measure approximately 10-12 inches long.

Grubby Pears

I worked for a long time getting these pears just right....I made them using my own grungy techniques. The leaves are made from painted msulin and the stems are tiny twigs. Put your pears in a basket or old bowl lined with shredded raffia. You will get 6 in a set. The basket is not included.   deegeohomedecor@verizon.net

Glass Glittered Sprinkled Watermelon Slices

I have made up some juicy watermelon slices and sprinkled them with glass glitter. They each measure 10 inches long and are 3.5 inches tall. Each slice is handpainted, stained, sanded and baked. Order one or more to display in an old bowl. They will come to you with a grubby tag that ready "watermelon". The tag is attached

Sweet Granny Apples

Mmmmmm...they look delicious! My apples are made from aged muslin, hand painted and finished with a special recipe for a shiny "just picked look". They are scented with sweet apple oil. Sizes vary but each apples is nice and plump just like a real apple. The leaves are made from grubby, painted muslin and the stem is a tiny twig. My wood bowl is not included!

Banana Bunch

Oh no....Bananas!! You will love these.....ripe and ready to eat bananas! I made the bananas from muslin. They are lightly stained, painted and then brushed with bits of green and brown. The bananas are a bit darker than the picture shows. The tops are joined and they hang from this wood banana holder which has been handmade in our shop. You will recieve five bananas hanging from a banana holder. Please choose the color for your banana holder . It measures approximatley 12 inches tall.
